24/7 in-home care that helps individuals live comfortably and safely within our agency-supported homes. Our dedicated staff assist with:
1. Personal Care (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)

Assistance with daily hygiene routines such as bathing, showering, and oral care, ensuring privacy and dignity.

Support with selecting and putting on weather-appropriate clothing.

Help with grooming tasks including hair care, shaving, nail care, and skin care.

Encouragement and guidance to perform these activities independently when possible.
2. Meal Planning and Preparation

Collaborating with the individual to plan balanced meals based on dietary needs, preferences, and cultural considerations.

Assisting with grocery shopping, including making lists, selecting items, and managing budgets.

Supporting safe food handling, cooking, and portioning.

3. Medication Reminders and Health Monitoring

Providing reminders to take medications as prescribed, while promoting self-administration skills.

Monitoring for changes in health or behavior and promptly reporting concerns to appropriate contacts.

Assisting with health tracking activities, such as logging blood pressure, blood glucose, or weight when needed.

4. Household Tasks and Transportation
